Join the Next Chapter of Our Community Garden

After more than ten wonderful years of care, creativity and community, the current committee of our community garden will be stepping down. It has been an incredible journey watching the garden grow – not just the plants, but the friendships, knowledge and neighbourhood connections that have flourished along the way.

Now it’s time for a new group of enthusiastic gardeners and community members to shape the next chapter. This is a great opportunity to bring fresh ideas, energy and vision to the garden and truly put your own stamp on it.

We are seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to help lead and support the garden in the following roles:

• President – helping guide the overall direction of the garden

• Head Gardener – coordinating planting, maintenance and gardening knowledge

• Secretary – supporting communication, membership and meeting coordination

• Treasurer – overseeing finances and garden budgeting

• Events Coordinator – helping bring the community together through workshops, working bees and social gatherings

You don’t need to be an expert gardener – just someone who cares about community, sustainability and keeping this special place thriving for years to come.
